I have always been a people person. My father took his fathers business and made into a big company in the Western New York area and always told me that customer service is very important. I love the retail side of work. Interacting with people and finding them the best product to suit their needs and wants is great. I much prefer retail over restraunt jobs. Within the first few months of being the first employee at a new Smoke Shop near me, I brought alot of business and made alot of money for the store so that the owner allowed me to hire one more employee and promoted me to assisstant manager. Soon after that, the owner began taking more of a back seat role taking care of the orders and paying the bills while allowing me to run the store. Eventually we had a total of 4 employees and were considered one of best smoke shops in Western New York
