Facilitate Business Development Unit efforts and support new recruitment of members to the network. • Manage the allocation of co-op dollars for SA programs for our network members.• Coordinate the E&O renewal program for SA member agencies, saving members 30-35% on their E&Oprograms compared to traditional E&O programs.• Plan and Execute network gatherings, such as SAND and Carrier Showcase.• Support the distribution and validation of profit-sharing checks.• Support member requests and advocate for best practices across the network and identify vendor partners tosupport the members’ needs.

Design and execute a program that focuses on dealing with one of the major issues that faces the Insurance Industry. With tens of thousands of individuals expected to retire from the Industry in the coming years, it is imperative that we are able to replace that workforce with the right type of candidate. One that brings the vibrant energy that we need to push this industry to new heights as well as the knowledge that we will be losing in the next few years. IRMA- Insurance and Risk Management Academy was formed to address this issue. My role as the Program Manager at IRMA can be broken down to the following elements:1) Design semester syllabi that are geared towards the growth and development of the interns.2) Coordinate with faculty and staff at the university to provide the necessary support the students need.3) Build and maintain relationships with individuals in the Industry sharing our story to all.4) Coordinate with Industry partners to bring in various Industry experts to present to the interns on all the possibilities that are out there.5) Engage in marketing initiatives that promote Secured Advantage and IRMA.

Assist store manager and associates in the acheivement of a favorable customer shopping experience and associate interest in customer service/relations.Assist in leading teams in the planning, implementation and execution of operating initiatives.Work with department heads and associates to identify opportunities in the store, develop timely solutions and create action plans.Achieve/exceed weekly, period, and annual sales, wage budgets, profit budgets, and other targeted goals.Drive sales working with department managers to maximize sales and profits, reduce shrink and improve each store department's contribution.Assist the store manager in the regular store-level financial performance discussions.Analyze and respond to the competitive landscape within the store, district and division.Utilize coordinators and other field staff to ensure store departments are achieving sales and profit goals.Promote and support strong relationships with local community organizations in the surrounding area in which the store operates.Assist in building a proactive and productive relationship with union representatives and business agents.Serve as liaison providing feedback to Store Manager, District Manager and Coordinators on the effectiveness of Division merchandising and operational plans/programs.Assist the store manager in staffing, reducing turnover, increasing retention and store operations.Provide timely feedback to department heads and associates on individual and department performance.Assist with the management of labor and supply costs on a daily basis to meet customer service and financial targets.Achieve a satisfactory level of technical and professional skills.Supervise and coach direct reports on the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.
