Design Rental and Used Machine action plans in collaboration with Region Managers. Plan promotional activities for Rental and Used Machine in each region, and execute withRegion Managers’ support. Establish and maintain Used Machines sales network within Malaysia and overseas markets. Establish and maintain local and Japanese Rental machine network within Malaysia and overseasmarkets. Evaluate trade-in price and competitive selling price for each Used Machine models in eachregion, with advice from MD. Monitor, maintain and control Used Machine inventory, ensure Used Machine inventory level ishealthy and ready for customer inspection when requested. Monitor, maintain and control Rental fleet inventory, ensuring healthy inventory level andminimize idle time for each Rental machines. Provide training related to Rental and Used Machine business to relevant teams. Update and Maintain Used Machine website. Maintain up to date Used Machine market trend, market demand and pricing, and provide reportmonthly. Submit Rental and Used Machine monthly report to Management. Prepare Rental and Used Machine budget and forecast update, and provide report when requestedby Management. Monitor Rental customers’ billing and collection, take necessary action to protect companyinterests. Coordinate Used Machine repair and engine conversion with Region’s Service team. Provide feedback to Management about Sales team Rental and Used Machine activities in eachregion, and provide corrective action when necessary. Provide support to Sales team during urgent customer complain with possible solution. Promote compliance of group and company’s policies, internal controls, laws & regulations aswell as minimizes risks to the company.
