I am an ambitious individual with a hardworking mentality. I am an experiencedmanager of both multiple sized teams and industries. Iam also a very loyal individual to any business I have been apart of.My work experience is as followsTesco Customer Assistant 2002-2005Started part time whilst I was at college helping to stock shelves and went full time when i made the decision not to go to university.Next Distribution 2005-2010I started as a Team Leader of the picking department which involved collating orders and fulfilling all orders made via Next directory. I was soon promoted to Supervisor and then moved to the ‘next day delivery’ department which was seen as the number one priority within the business.Lidl GB 2010-CurrentI started with Lidl as a Deputy Store Manager where I had to quickly transition from Warehouse Management to Retail Management. In 2013 I was promoted to Store Manager which is the role I am still currently in. I am responsible for a multi million pound business and having to delivery various different KPI’s. I am now also responsible for training any new managers starting with the business ranging from Deputy Store Managers to Trainee Area Managers and Graduates. This is part of the business I thoroughly enjoy working with and developing people to a high standard.
