I lead a delivery team of 8-10 team members, and help manage a larger practice of 40-50 team members. I have helped grow the practice by defining methodologies, implementing tools to support efficiency and provide visibility to key information, and through defining onboarding and ongoing training strategies for team member development / growth. In addition to leading a team, I am responsible for overseeing between 6-8 ERP projects at a time. Responsibilities include team member resourcing, project planning, project guidance, escalation point to resolve conflict internally or with the customer, etc. These projects range from 6 months to 2+ years in duration, have between 3 and 6 team members involved, and budgets into seven figures.I support the team and the projects in any way I can to help ensure we are growing as a team and completing quality work with our customers and our team members.

Architect on new NAV implementations. Involved in leading requirements sessions, design sessions, documenting the requirements and design, creating technical documentation and overseeing the remainder of the implementation process.

Senior Consultant / Project Lead for Dynamics NAV ERP projects. Lead new projects throughout all phases, from discovery to delivery. Major tasks are gap/fit analysis to standard system functionality and business process, documentation of functional and technical system requirements, design and documentation of system modifications, testing of system modifications, system setup and configuration, develop data migration strategies, develop training plans and training documentation and leading key user training.

Implenting Microsoft Dynamics NAV with focus and certifications in Manufacturing, Warehouse, Service Management, and Financial Management.Responsibilities on projects include Discovery, GAP analysis, designing modifications, writing technical Specifications for modifications, Training (including creating training material), Go Live Strategy, Go Live Execution, and Go Live / Post Go Live support. Traveling about 80 to 90 percent anywhere the work is. Typical travel to Central and South America and across the U.S.
