As an Investment Banking Vice President at Mesirow, I am responsible for supporting senior bankers and clients throughout the transaction process, conducting valuation analyses and providing advisory services across a wide range of industries. These industries include aerospace and defense, business services, consumer and retail, distribution and supply chain, food, beverage and agribusiness, industrials, paper, plastics and packaging and technology, among others. I serve as the primary contact for my clients and enjoy working closely with them to successfully develop and execute a customized transaction process reflective of their objectives and interests. To date, I have closed 25 deals including 20 sell-side advisory engagements and 5 buy-side advisory engagements. In my role, I concurrently manage multiple analysts and associates across various projects and transactions and have proven my ability to operate efficiently in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment while demonstrating the ability to prioritize my work load and shift attention among changing tasks and various work streams.Prior to joining Mesirow in 2017, I served as a commercial banking audit analyst at JPMorgan Chase, where I evaluated risks and controls impacting the commercial banking business. I was responsible for performing due diligence reviews of the annual stress tests to the Federal Reserve and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency covering commercial banking's financials.I earned a BS and an MS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Business. I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level III candidate and hold FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
