Joe Pham is Chairman and CEO of QSC. He joined QSC in 2004 as Chief Strategy and Technology Officer and was subsequently promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2007 and then President and CEO in 2010. Prior to joining QSC, Joe was with McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, where he collaborated with chief executives to develop growth strategies and drive improvements in operational performance. Joe has held leadership positions in the AV industry, serving as Chairman of the Board at AVIXA and President of PAMA (Professional Audio Manufacturers Association). He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and has served as a Professor of Electrical Engineering at UCLA. His research areas focused on state-space control systems, adaptive signal processing, and wavelet theory.
