I provide oversight of all sales people within Foster Supply at our three locations. I am also responsible for finding new products to take to market, developing sales targets, employee performance evaluations, assisting in and the development of sales presentations, sales training for our sales staff, as well as customer and vendor relations.

I managed production of a new to our market retaining wall product. I performed complete quantity takeoffs and detailed quotes as well. I also provided onsite training and held installation training courses at our facility to assist customers in proper installation techniques. I would routinely travel with outside sales to assist in the marketing of this product. I also participated in round table discussions with our vendor and other manufacturers in an effort to strengthen our position in the market and better our product.

I was responsible for developing a diverse sales territory that included site and building contractors, coal companies, engineers, and architects. I provided onsite product assistance as well as provided product recommendations to industry.
