I have worked for the same employer for nearly 19 years. I started out at an entry level position and have moved up to management position. I feel I am a great leader, but I am always open to others' opinions on how to improve efficiency, safety and productivity. I have strong people skills and I have acquired and maintained many new clients. I am very organized and keep excellent records. I am thorough and my ultimate goal is to get the work done correct the first time. I love to get work done quickly, efficiently and as safely as possible. I have great respect for my employers and my coworkers and in turn I have acquired their trust and respect.
