Maintain customer service relations through daily visitations to current customers. Continue to expand current customer base by selling preventative maintenance service agreements as well as day to day service work. Oversee daily operations of preventative maintenance and service work including daily quote follow-up and weekly accounts receivable reports.

Assist a service sales engineer with daily estimates and proposals. Interact with customers on a regular basis to ensure that their needs are being met and exceeded. Help prepare new preventative maintenance contracts as well as existing contract renewals. Work with vendors and subcontractors on a daily basis in order to prepare estimates.

Responsible for nightly closing duties. Certified trainer in the following positions: Bartender, Server, Host, Expo, Prep cook, and Fry cook. Responsible for teaching suggestive selling skills, as well as basic service and sales skills. Met or exceeded nightly and weekly sales goals, winning many contests

Electrical and mechanical service calls. Responsible for preventative maintenance on multiple commercial refrigeration and air conditioning accounts. Assisted in installing ice machines, mini split air conditioning systems, inventoried supplies in shop, and maintained job site cleanliness. Completed 2 year certificate in electrical studies at Alpena Community College in evenings. NOTE: Approximately 4000 hours registered with the State of MI as an apprentice electrician.
