• Lead and drive the international distributor pricing transition project for Merrell & CAT brands• Own the preparation of Reporting packs in Weekly Read & React meeting with Corporate CEO, CFO• Carry out analyses and transition supports on Group acquisition of Sweaty Betty, sale of China JV, Keds and Sperry brands, e.g. due-diligence, monthly performance tracking, changes in accounting & forecasting models• Support on International Group strategic projects, e.g. Evolve business model via prioritization of profitable distributors by offering preferential terms• Support the International Group President, CFO on analyses & ad hoc requests

• Own all aspects of the coordination and alignment across the International Group (EMEA, APAC, LATAM & Canada) throughout planning and forecasting, facilitating the strategic direction of International• Act as the primary point of contact with Global brand leads within the International Group for any queries, questions, and concerns• Own the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews and Board of Director reporting packs• Support the International Senior Finance Director on analyses & ad hoc requests

• Develop commentaries, analyses and insights for Fresh Department income based on financial/commercial data to help identify trends/issues/opportunities alerting the leadership team• Support Business Partners and Group Finance in aligning budget, forecast and KPI reporting • Review monthly consolidated Profit & loss statement, Balance sheet at company level for uploading & submission to Group• Perform project-based business performance analyses and financial modelling through Tableau and excel template building, recommend creative KPIs to facilitate day-to day monitoring

• Carry out business and financial review/variance analyses monthly and analytical support for operational and strategic initiatives on a regular basis (I&E & Capex)• Work closely with Business Units and Management during the budgeting and forecast process• Prepare analytical reports to analyze the performance (Turnover/GM%) of race meetings in different dimensions, e.g., customer segment, region, sales channel, bet type, bet size, etc.

• Conduct value chain, cost sharing arrangement, location saving factors and other Transfer Pricing analyses for MNEs through functional interviews, inter-company arrangements, financials & information on organization and departmental structures across different regions• Research on industries through various research tools and analyze global & local industry outlooks, opportunities, challenges, threats of competition, etc.• Assist clients in response to tax audit cases from HKIRD/Chinese/other tax authorities, formulate defending strategies and gather relevant supporting documents• Conduct benchmarking studies, screen comparable transactions, determine the arm’s length range
