After managing a pub successfully for the previous 6 months and completing my personal license course, the opportunity arose to become the licensee of a newly refurbished family run pub. As this was re opening a business which had been shut for some time it involved a lot of hard work and dedication to get it back to a fully functioning, busy pub.
