Networking and advertising to potential candidates. Identifying candidate skills to match appropriately with roles. Dealing with candidate queries relating to roles and managing both client and candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process.Also dealing with clients to ensure successful placements and a smooth transition.This role has lead to more client facing discussions meaning being involved in meetings to discuss client needs and what they are looking for in a candidate.
