My niche is turnarounds, and I have acquired a series of wins in which I have successfully transformed failing locations to deliver record-breaking revenue and profits, oftentimes within just months. To do this, I perform a comprehensive assessment of both people and policies to identify what's working and what needs to change. Rather than entering like a storm, I come in as a partner and consultant, callaborating with the teams in place to gain their buy-in and ensure that we're all on the same page.
