DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Manages, coordinates, and facilitates multiple projects as required 2. Provides strategic, expert advice and consultation for ongoing projects and services 3. Participates on and/or facilitates various process improvement committees as requested 4. Develop integrated project plans, implementation schedules, and cost estimates for short and long term projects as required5. Represent NEST International at various trade shows when required as well as other external entities as required 6. Communicates regularly with management team and administration regarding the status of current project initiatives; obtains management guidance and approval as required to advance initiatives 7. Provide onsite construction management 8. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned including but not limited to:• Writing specifications for individual clients and services. Specifications to include expected outcomes of the service requested by the client Proactively identify changes in scope of work to ensure appropriate planning measures are taken • Hire qualified service providers within established procedures• Knowledge of reading and developing drawings • Ensure accuracy and completeness of Request for Proposal and Work Orders sent to service providers• Negotiate contract pricing with independent service providers
