I work to ensure our team remains up to date and in compliance with policies and procedures, while maintaining a very high level of customer satisfaction. I also focus on achieving departmental budgets and objectives on a daily basis, to ensure our team's growth and success.

Supervised and coordinated the field operations for Power Systems (Northern Territory). This included identifying customer requirements and expectations, opening jobs, scheduling and managing work flow, coordinating logistical support for tooling, parts and delivery and preparing the jobs for closing. Supervised 14 direct reports, administering compensation, tracking training and attendance and completing annual evaluations.

Received repair opportunities from several sources, to produce service repair quotes for the customer base. Contacted the customer, verified that a quote was needed and proceeded to quote the identified scope to the customer. tracked and followed up on customer quotes. Once the quote was approved, coordinated the work with a supervisor, opened a work order and ordered the required parts. Tracked the work order through completion and closed out the work orders.
