As the Director of Operations for AmeriPro Health, I oversee the delivery of prehospital healthcare solutions in Kentucky and Indiana. I have 10 years of experience in the EMS field, spanning EMS communications, operations, and logistics. I am passionate about elevating the standards and quality of EMS, and hold certification as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) and EMS Educator with the National Association of EMS Educators (NAEMSE).In my current role, I leverage my skills in process improvement, employee training, and problem solving to optimize the efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction of our operations. I also draw on my previous experience as an HR Leader within the UPS Air District in Louisville, KY, where I cultivated leadership skills and gained insights into reducing turnover, fostering staff development, and enhancing morale. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Public Health at the University of the Cumberlands, which will equip me with the knowledge and skills to advance my career and contribute to the health and well-being of our communities.
