They are a first-generation MSP customer with 900 hiring managers across 1400 locations across the UK, this presented challenges from a change management perspective as site level users and incumbent agencies had to adapt to new systems whilst not affecting BAU.Duties include.• Taking the contract live, I was involved from initial conversations with key stakeholders through to successful project delivery.• Day-to-day management of the account, including a team of two Business Advisors.• Bespoke reporting for spend and financial forecast.• Providing monthly MI data for Elior’s senior leadership team.• Leading quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders.• Regular site visits ahead of key events to ensure these are fully staffed and overbooks are in place to avoid any issues on the day.• Ensuring that Elior’s main requirements (last-minute, short shifts) are actively worked on and filled by the supply chain.November 2020 – July 2023SercoOn the Serco account, I managed the supply of a contingent workforce for all Serco run Covid-19 Testing Centres. During 2021 alone, over 6 million hours were invoiced purely for Covid-19 sites. Duties Include:• Ensuring Testing Sites are staffed with the right number of workers as per the blueprint and engaging agencies to backfill vacant positions.• Weekly PO updates across the entire Serco estate to ensure that invoicing runs smoothly.• Generating various reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. These could be anything from a spend report to tenure data.• Relationship building with key stakeholders across the business.• Circulating communications to all suppliers to keep them informed around the rapidly changing nature of the Testing Centres.• Acting as a buffer point between key stakeholders at Serco and agencies when requesting CVs/Interviews/Placements etc.

During my time at Guidant Global I was outsourced to work in an internal recruitment capacity for Hyde Housing, a Social Housing provider with offices based across the South East of England.Duties Included:• Working on a wide variety of roles ranging from Finance, Legal, Customer Support, Property / Resident Services, Human Resources, Health & Safety and IT.• Comfortably working on multiple roles at any one time.• Qualifying each new role as soon as they come in and speaking to the Hiring Manager to agree a date for CVs to be sent and interviews to take place etc.• Working to a Time to Hire KPI of 25 working days – My average was 18 working days from job being received to offer.• Working to a 3:1 KPI ratio on both CV submittals to Interview and Interview to Placement – My average was 1.8 CVs to 1 interview and 2.34 interviews to offer.• Using job boards to source candidates (CV Library, Total Jobs, Reed, LinkedIn).• Using the HR System iTrent to monitor applications and job adverts on the intranet.• Weekly Recruitment calls with HR Business Partners to update on progress of live roles.• Keeping a tracker up to date to monitor the recruitment process.• Holding group / individual interviews for multiple-hire roles for other accounts within Guidant.• Building relationships with Internal Stakeholders, Hiring Managers and HRBPs.• Personally filled all roles without needing to go to external agencies.• Preparing candidates for STAR Interviews (Situation, Task, Action, Result).• Keeping candidates informed and updated throughout their employment journey from initial discussions to interview feedback and placement.

Soundtree Music is an award winning team of music composers, producers, musicians and music supervisors specialising in the relationship between music and picture for all forms of media. Including the duties in the role below, I was promoted to a role with more responsibility.Duties included; • Undertaking research for music sync opportunities for adverts or for reference tracks to compose to. • Cataloguing the company’s unused compositions dating back to 2008 ensuring that they all had the necessary metadata so that the original project page could be found if tweaks were needed. • Maintaining the company’s back up protocols to ensure that no data is lost, making sure everything stored correctly and archived in at least 2 places.• Opening up the building and setting up the 4 studios ready for the days recording sessions. This included setting up live rooms/microphones and project pages for the composers to work on.
