Evaluates potential technologies that either fit within the current JEE technical stack or drives the evolution of it, provides support to staff, provides production support, etc.Achievements thus far include componetizing the software modules into consumable Apache Ivy dependencies (maven like). These components are mainly reusable components of business logic that are intended to be consumed by various front end or batch applications. Continuous integration was also introduced to allow for these components to be have a snapshot version that is constantly up to date so that development working on UI or Batch initiatives that consume these core components to keep up with the very latest if they so choose.This strategy has been heavily embraced as we implement a new entitlements management system for our commercial banking platform that essentially sells software as a service. Additionally, its use will be continued when we get to the part of the business strategy where we start consolidating and spinning new online and mobile services around our entitlements platform.

I worked as a consultant in 5/3 retail organization for the company Cardinal Solutions. I was a JEE technical lead on several technology stacks including Struts/Spring MVC/Spring Webflow, and Wicket. Experiences included migrating portal applications to servlet based applications, implementation of a mobile banking solution, and a streamlined product sales and fulfillment solution utilized by all the branches within this organization. All of these initiatives were delivered successfully and provided great value to the 5/3 organization

Cardinal Solutions is a contracting firm, I work as a team lead/technical lead in Enterprise Java Solutions. Responsibilities include leading the design, code, implementation, and maintenance of systems for various customers.

Worked as software engineer maintaining legacy C++ applications as well as designing, implementing, and maintaining J2EE based systems.Worked as a developer and technical lead on the billing system for Sprint PCS as Sprint outsourced their billing software to Convergys at the time. Led implementation of several successful initiatives to their billing system as well as designing and implementing a JEE based product management system that drove and enforced rules when Sprint Wireless customers subscribed for services. Namely, enforcing all of the services selected were compatible together as well as compatible with the user's device. Contract term limits were enforced as well. Provided a workflow on top of this business logic engine that allowed the end seller's to appropriately configure their services.
