As a rapidly growing firm, I was responsible for business outcomes and growth objectives in preparation for the sale of the business in 2019. Along with the partner group, I led go to market, due diligence, and transition efforts when Skookum was acquired by GlobalLogic. Following acquisition I led full business integration efforts, while maintaining pre-acquisition growth trajectory and company culture.Running a successful technology consultancy starts and ends with having great people who buy into a shared vision and culture.
