I am an extremely hard working and diligent Construction Manager/Site Manager. Previous roles held have involved working under pressure and external constraints in order to meet deadlines. I see this as a core strength, one which has been reinforced time and again over the last 35 years as a self-employed tradesman, general builder, site manager and construction manager. I have vast experience in many sectors of the industry; Rail, education, refurbishment, retail, commercial, residential high end. I pride myself on my planning and organisational skills, especially sequencing works to not only drive the programme but achieve early completions. I am always an advocate of quality, as well as being commercially astute and value driven.
