Lead designer for large data migration from a mainframe vendor platform to a homegrown Oracle platform. Worked closely with business partners to understand all levels of data needed for the migration to ensure proper data mapping and error handling. Created design documents, the conversion execution plan, and executed the conversion. Member of project team responsible for identifying and updating Oracle Form and PL/SQL procedure changes needed to support Y2K concerns. Participated in developing organizational procedures required by Sarbanes-Oxley Regulation. Worked with team to understand the regulations, establish required procedures, and implement tracking mechanisms to accelerate yearly audits.Revamped code that was embedded in Oracle Forms related to Agent Verification into stored PL/SQL procedures. This allowed both the online forms and automated enrollment process to leverage the stored procedures making code modifications more efficient.  Lead designer for project to allow firms to vary the rate of commissions they paid by fund. Required changes to the calculation module as well as paper and electronic statements that were sent to the firms. 
