With over 20 years of work experience in the banking and financial services industry, I have developed core competencies in custody management, securities operations, project management, and quality assurance. My mission is to provide reliable, efficient, and accurate services to high-net-worth clients and their advisors, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. I am currently a Senior Vice President at Bessemer Trust, a leading private wealth management firm that serves over 2,500 clients with assets under management of more than $100 billion.As a Senior Vice President, I oversee the custody department, which is responsible for the safekeeping, settlement, reconciliation, reporting, and due diligence of client assets. I manage a team of 5 staff members. I collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth and timely operations. I also lead and participate in various projects and initiatives to enhance the quality, efficiency, and security of our processes and systems. Some of the skills that I use and improve on a daily basis are Problem Solving, Communication and Mentoring. I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices, and I have recently obtained three certifications from LinkedIn on Creating and Giving Business Presentations, Creating Psychological Safety for Diverse Teams, and Professional Networking.
