The Lakewood Country Club is a 4 venue establishment on one of New Jerseys's oldest golf courses. The LCC is home to an elegant banquet facility and Maggie's, a three venue restaurant and bar. All 3 venues have a distinct theme which outshines our competition. "Maggie's Sports Bar & Arcade" is equipped with 29 4K TV's, 2 jumbo projector screens and a great selection of arcade games. Catch any UFC fight and all of the sports games."Maggie's Uptown" is located upstairs with a color changing LED bar top. We specialize in specialty cocktails, martinis and fine wine. "Maggie's Tiki Bar" brings in customers from all over New Jersey. Our mission is to give you the "down the shore vibe" without the hassle of traffic and parking. Our customers can relax, sip frozen cocktails and enjoy live music from some of the best cover bands in our area.I started with the company back in the summer of 2005 where I was a part of the clean up crew on early mornings. I soon became a utility employee working wherever I was needed. Banquet server, food runner, busser, server and bartender. In 2010 I became the Maitre D' of our banquet facility. In 2011 I took the Manager position of Maggie's and that is my position to this day. My responsibilities as manager are:- Hiring and firing of front of house staff (60 employees in peak season)- Assist in front of house training- Head of security. Scheduling, safety and policies- Entertainment booking. DJs and bands- Social media and website upkeep- All liquor and beer orders- Graphic design. Brochures, promotional flyers, menus. - Oversee dinner service and nightly action
