Summary Job Description:The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is responsible for technical support and on-site repair/diagnostic activities for a broad range of Moog products and systems. The primary focus areas for the Moog NV Field Service Engineer are the Med & Flight Simulation products and Test products, however the FSE will be able to service additional Moog technologies. Skills:- Problem Solving / Technical analyse- Adaptability, extended/unusual hours to support/ help customer and travel in short notice- Documentation, generate service report, Technical notes, Field Service Bulletins, - Training, develop training material- Safety conscious, Field Service jobs- Communication, Maintain and improve customer relations via phone and email- Perform field installations, commissioning’s, maintenance, repairs, retrofits, and other service-related activities at the customer’s facility.- Inspect and verify completed field work to ensure operational and safety integrity of serviced equipment.- Assist in the definition and procurement of appropriate spares, tools, and equipment to support anticipated field servicing requirements of Moog products.- Provide hardware and software design input to positively influence the reliability and serviceability of new and existing product designs through incorporation of lessons-learned and field service history.
