am currently providing a intern service for a web based company that provides their clients with customized OS commerce. My job is to set up Search Engine Optimization and provide backlinks to companies for higher rating on Google. I also design and develop keywords, meta tags, and basic programming using HTML/CSS for their users.

Oversaw and ran the entire back of the house. Abilities included calling production for the day, training new managers and other team members, doing weekly inventory counts, hiring new employees, among many other duties. I have advanced computer skills including word, excel, hot schedules, labor schedules, and labor templates.

Formed and created menus with recipes for a full service Italian restaurant. Managed and oversaw daily running of a privately owned restaurant. Duties included inventory of food, designing menu items and recipes, full-service bar, and all items needed to run a restaurant, scheduling, hiring, cash and credit sales, nightly deposits, and payroll.

Formed and managed, in conjunction with a partner, a catering business specializing in business and formal functions. Our company designed and created themed menus to suit our customer’s needs. Designed recipes and menus, catered food, set up and torn down stations at customer’s function.

Performed as Manager on duty during graveyard shifts and took responsibility for securing the property and providing efficient customer service. Maintained order when needed and provided security at functions for the hotel and their guests.

Duties included Area Recon and protective force over people of status in a combat environment. Stationed and trained in Louisiana and completed a tour of duty in Bosnia.
