I am responsible for all ERP implementations for Eaton Electrical Sector EMEA. Eaton ES has two worldwide global strategic platforms - the global Unity SAP Instance or the global Oracle ECP Instance.I currently manage a team of over 20 internal analysts - split down into teams covering Finance, Order Management, Service Management, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehousing and Quality Control. Our Roadmap is to reduce the Eaton ES EMEA ERP footprint from the 25 different ERPs in use today to the two strategic ERP Platforms for the sector.

Following the Eaton acquisition of Cooper Industries - I continued to manage the SAP Team in EMEA - focusing on completeing the open deployments - whilst also analysing both Eaton and Cooper ERP Platforms - in order to help determine the ERP Strategy for Eaton following the significant acquisition of Cooper Industries.

My first role with Cooper Industries was as a internal SAP consultant - focused on the roll out of PP, MM and WM for Cooper Industries in EMEA Region. Seven end-to-end implementations were completed in 30 months.

Following the aquisition of Team121 by Logica - I became a member of the Logica SAP Practice. I completed several projects - mainly for different divisions of Alstom but also for sevral other medium to large enterprises - as a PP / PS Consultant. As my skills, knowledge and project experience developed - I moved into junior PM roles - initially taking on Data Migration Manager, Training Delivery Manager and Cut-over Manager roles. I also managed and assisted in several Pre-Sale and Bid Management efforts.

Following the completion of my university degree - I joined Team 121 as Junior PP Consultant. After successfully completing the SAP Certification in PP - I worked on several projects as PP Consultant - including a 9 month assignment at Kongsberg Offshore in Norway. Team 121 were then aquired by Logica in June 1999.
