Completed a placement year at Lloyds Banking Group working in the Customer Analytics & Decisions team. Role within the team was to work alongside other analysts on model developments and data analysis. Main achievements for the year:• Developed a new model which involved data extraction and manipulation, researching appropriate modelling techniques and interpreting results• Effectively used SAS to automate a monitoring process, compile datasets and build a linear model• Effective cross-site communication working with Leeds team• Presented to wider team on the progress of various projects• Took on extra responsibility by being the social representative for my team, organising both team building events and a charity day• Co-ordinated the recruitment of new permanent staff for the division
