DIRECTOR OF GRADUATE, EVENING AND ON-LINE ADMISSIONSResponsible for overseeing the day to day recruitment activities for all programs designed for working adults and those interested in pursuing their graduate degree. Specific activities include supervision of recruitment staff, set and monitor recruitment goals and develop community and corporate recruitment strategies. In addition to the external efforts to expose prospects to the offerings of the university, work to develop and maintain a productive working relationship with multiple levels of university administration and academic staff.

DEAN OF ADMISSIONSResponsible for the day to day operations within the Department of Admissions for both traditional daytime and evening admissions. Specific duties include; Overseeing all operational activity within the Department of Admissions and direct supervision of the Director of Admissions, Associate Director of Evening and Graduate Admissions, Assistant Director of Admissions Campus Visits and Assessment and Database Manager. In addition, duties include developing and maintaining productive work relationships with multiple levels of administration within all departments across campus.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF ACE ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENTResponsible for the overall recruitment and enrollment management within Barry University’s School of Adult and Continuing Education. Specific duties include; establish and manage the annual advertising budget, develop an annual marketing strategy involving media promotions, community and corporate relations, collect and analyze enrolment data as well as supervise all regional Enrollment Directors. Additional responsibility is to co-chair the Recruitment and Retention Committee to identify, establish and evaluate recruitment and retention needs and strategies. DIRECTOR OF RECRUITMENT AND MARKET ANALYSISResponsible for the development of the annual marketing strategy and the implementation of the student recruitment process for the School of Adult and Continuing Education., co-chair the enrollment management committee which is responsible for maximizing resources to support meeting annual enrollment projection budgets. Work collaboratively with regional directors and main campus administration to establish and maintain a productive work environment. Hire, train and supervise ACE’s recruiters throughout the state.ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR: MASTERS OF ARTS IN ADMINISTRATION AND DATA ANALYSIS – Responsible for the development of an annual marketing strategy, managing the administrative process associated with the marketing, recruitment and enrollment management of the new Master’s of Arts in Administration (MAA) degree. Work closely with all academic administration and staff to build a viable MAA program that could be successfully marketed and established within determined geographical areas. Work closely on an on going basis with publications, marketing and recruitment team to develop specific marketing and recruitment materials and processes that improve the service to prospective students.
