An experienced Finance Director who has worked directly in that role with PCH International or supporting the Group Finance function in a similar role since 2000. I started working for PCH initially as Financial Controller and later as Group Finance Director as the company rapidly expanded through the following 15 years. Over that period I coordinated and helped direct the development of the Finance Team and reporting structures in Cork (Head Office), China and US. In 2016 after the PCH business was scaled back, I moved to a subcontract role supporting the CFO and Financial Controller through Buckley Kiely & Co, later renamed Buckley Kiely Kirwan. Within PCH, I have provided significant contributions in the areas of working capital management, negotiation of banking facilities, senior management support, compliance, finance team development. I have strong interpersonal and analytical skills and work particularly well in cross functional teams.I completed my training as a Chartered Accountant with EY in 1992. I subsequently worked in financial reporting, management reporting and operations support roles with Bord Gais, Nortel and Artesyn Technologies as well as a brief stint in corporate finance with BDO prior to joining PCH.PCH International is a private supply chain solutions company established in 1996 by Liam Casey. PCH offers services along the supply chain from support for product design and development, to manufacturing, packout, fulfillment, freight and logistics. The customer can avail of any one or a combination of all of those services along the supply chain.PCH is headquartered in Cork where the group finance team is based. Its operations are in Shenzhen China with small support units in San Francisco and South Africa.Over the years, PCH has worked with customers at all stages of maturity and reach from start ups and design studios to mid-market and small e-commerce brands to large multinationals and premium brands.
