Projects and Strategy is a role that focuses on creating the progressive steps (projects) necessary to build upon and work toward a larger people-strategy. When most companies think of a People Strategy, they often do so in 1 year, 3 year, and 5 year pillars or goals they are striving to achieve. I work to create incremental progression toward long term people-strategy goals by working (with many departments) on improvement projects that yield high ROI and/or IRR. Using data analytics to assist action planning and tying these projects to sound data points, I carry forward our mission and our commitment to our People in an analytical, data-driven, and profit-driven manner. People Strategy and the Employee Experience fascinate me. I'm a futurist and a builder. I'm passionate about understanding the relationship between employees and employers, how to build and create fulfillment for today's workforce, and how to stay ahead of tomorrow's workforce "unknowns." I'm highly interested in learning about DE&I initiatives, people analytics, innovative workforce management strategies, EVP optimization, generational studies, leadership research, emotional intelligence, business ethics, process improvements, and innovative technology. It's been said the best way to predict the future is to build it. I have my hammer ready.
