In addition to my previous role, I undertook the following additional responsibilities:• leading on US GAAP quarterly and annual tax reporting for the G4S International business (all countries outside of North America)• preparation and review of budget and forecast effective tax rate for the International business• review of cash tax forecasts; and• line management of one direct report.

Broad business partnering role with a focus on transfer pricing and Latin America & Caribbean region.Experience highlights include:- Advising businesses on a wide range of cross-border tax matters, including transfer pricing, permanent establishment and WHT;- Leading the tax VDD for G4S in relation to G4S’ sale of its Cash division to Brinks;-Supporting the Head of Tax with tax controversy and disputes (e.g. bilateral APAs, MAP, Binding Arbitration);-Supporting Latin America & Caribbean region with tax matters including restructuring, one-off projects and tax reporting;-Reviewing transfer pricing policies and working with advisers to document and implement new policies;-Supporting finance teams with local file compliance and preparation; and -Implementing tax technology solutions, including local file preparation software and tax compliance tracking.
