My role is to provide high school sports coverage throughout the Midstate area. Along with features on players and teams, I have to keep stats throughout the year for all-area teams, players of the week and more in-depth projects. I also handle most of the social media duties for The Tennessean, DNJ and Jackson Sun.

My role was to provide coverage of MTSU athletics throughout the year focusing mostly on the basketball teams and football team. With that, I wrote features and also needed to keep my own stats for future stories and more. I also created the DNJ sports Instagram page and still handle that.

My role was to provide high school sports coverage throughout West Tennessee. Along with features on players and teams, I have to keep stats throughout the year for all-area teams, players of the week and more projects for more than 40 schools.

Throughout the high school sports season, I had to take and keep stats that were either called or emailed in for the scoreboard page and basketball/football roundup as well as other possible stories I was working on.
