Lead regular Business Development and Seller-Doer strategy meetings to coordinate client management and capture strategies to win work. Established a short-form module based training program for Project Managers covering: Project Finance, Change Management and Risk Management and others.Director of Power NetworksOrganically grew and managed a 50 employee multi-office T&D business unit for Western Operations. Account Manager for PG&E including 85 alliance projects, Responsible for P&L, Project Management, Engineering, budget, contract and schedule performance. Manage and lead business development efforts and pursuit strategies. Managed project teams in the support of CAISO interconnection applications and LGIA negotiations. Capture Manager on numerous large pursuits including: PG&E, PacifiCorp, Siemens Trans Bay Cable and Occidental Petroleum amongst others.

Managed electrical engineering contractors and activities on multiple,simultaneous, fast-tracked EPC combined-cycle power projects from design through construction typically greater than 500MW nominal. Prepared, managed, reviewed and approved contractors Work Scope and deliverables; Support Operations and Maintenance of 92 plant fleet with technical evaluations, cost-benefit analysis, equipment recommendations, and contractor oversight. Served as the California Energy Commission CBO Deputy Electrical Inspectorresponsible for inspecting and approving all electrical construction activities for the 750MW Pastoria Energy Center power plant and 230kV breaker-and-a-half substation.

Installed and maintained energized overhead power lines and equipment rated 4kV to 69kV using rubber gloves, hot sticks and live-line tools during regular, storm and emergency conditions. Exectued high voltage switching procedures and assisted field engineers indentify and solve system problems.
