My conversation series with high-profile NYC-area animation professionals began in 2010 at The Museum of Comic and Cartoon Art (MoCCA) in Soho with "Jackson Publick" and "Doc Hammer," the warped minds behind [adult swim]'s "The Venture Bros." I've also interviewed:- J.J. Sedelmaier ("The Ambiguously Gay Duo" and "TV Funhouse" for "Saturday Night Live," "Tek Jansen" for "The Colbert Report" and MTV's "Beavis and Butt-head") at MoCCA;- Chris Wedge and Peter deSeve ("Ice Age") at the Society of Illustrators;- the creators of adult-directed animated series (including "Superjail!," "Wonder Showzen" and "Ugly Americans"), at the Paley Center for Media.Upcoming "Interview with an Animator" events include conversations with R.O. Wrote and produced on-air promos, presentation videos and interstitial segments, revised programming for editorial and time considerations for clients including:AMC, Bravo, CBS/Fox Video, CNBC, Court TV, In Demand, PAX-TV Network, TV Guide Channel, Telepictures, TNT, Troma Films, USA Network, We: Women’s Television, WNBC-TV and Zoetrope Studios.

Taught "Introduction to Mass Communications" at St. John's University, Jamaica NY

In addition to writing and producing promos and interstitials, supervising writers, producers, camera crews, editorial personnel and graphic designers, I scripted and and directed on-camera talent including “Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy” author Douglas Adams, astronaut Buzz Aldrin, Tom “Dr. Who” Baker, author Harlan Ellison, Stan Lee, and the stars of “Mystery Science Theater 3000."

I helped launch the Sci Fi Channel with an "Alien Messages" pre-launch satellite feed designed to raise awareness and anticipation of the yet to air channel. In addition to writing and producing on-air promos and interstitial segments my special projects included “Stan Lee’s Mighty Marvel Marathon,” “The “Millennium Countdown,” “Anime ’94, Hosted by Ralph Bakshi” and the shot on location “Universal Studios Halloween Marathon.”
