Managed over 200 workers both professional and bargaining positions to achieve the design, construction, and commissioning of the the first base loaded reciprocating engine utility plant in North America. This was a 300 Million dollar project completed ahead of schedule and below budget. We completed the project while decommissioning and demolishing a nuclear and conventional fossil fueled plant adjacent to both state and federal wet land areas. In addition we constructed tradeoff wetlands and Oceanside hiking trails.

De-energized, de-activated, decommissioned, and demolished 7 (seven) San Francisco Bay coastline utility power plants. I led and managed over 300 workers including identifying, training, employing and maintaining a 25% local hiring record. I accomplished this while adhering to first ever ordinances on local hiring, local spending, and recycling and re-use.
