IRR-analytics, LLC is an independent ALM consulting firm that specializes in interest rate risk and model risk. The firm performs independent ALM program reviews, model validations, deposit studies, investment securities audits, and related services. Programs satisfy regulatory requirements and incorporate industry best practices, emerging trends, and practical considerations.

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing the school's Information Technology strategy working with a wide variety of constituents. Daily activities include technical, analytical, and communication tasks with a willingness to tackle any project. High-level achievements include major enhancements to the school's infrastructure with a net reduction in operating costs.

Job duties included; Compile, analyze and interpret financial data to evaluate company performance, provide feedback, support strategic planning and ongoing business decisions. Manage the consolidation of financial data submissions for month-end results and forecast model updates on a monthly basis, and prepare a brief written variance analysis for executive review.

1031 Property Watch sold Tenant-in-Common commercial real estate equity through a Securities Broker/Dealer license.  Responsibilities include analysing Private Placement Memorandums (PPM), financial documents, and research reports.  High level achievements include the creation of industry leading research and analytical reports.
