- Developed and administered 30 focus groups, product taste tests, and similar research projects for Axiom throughout the MidSouth.- Coordinated market research requirements for four major clients as a freelance contractor for Axiom over a 7-year period.- Recruited and scheduled over 500 participants for focus groups and taste tests in accordance with strict research-specific guidelines.

-Pioneered innovative programming for the community radio station (91.3 WUTS FM), creating an inclusive platform for diverse perspectives across the student body. -Managed a four-member, multi-faceted team that facilitated daily station operations, community outreach, musician recruitment, student training, and scheduling. -Recruited over 40+ local musicians and DJs, helping each artist develop a singular “brand”.-Instituted broadcast strategy that ensured station operation during the COVID-19 Pandemic. -Initiated transition from analog broadcast to digital streaming, increasing overall listener base between 2020 and 2021. -Coordinated continued financial support from University on a quarterly basis.-Developed an in-house music production and recording space (à la NPR's TinyDesk). - Coordinated FCC licensing and guidelines/regulations compliance.

-Streamlined distribution center operations over a three-month period as part of a six-person team, relocating best-selling items to accessible areas to facilitate and expedite the shipping process during peak hours and weeks – annual back-to-school rush. -Aided in implementing a logistical strategy designed to mitigate the loss of small and often overlooked merchandise during volume surges, saving thousands of dollars in potential inventory shrinkage. -Ranked in the top 5% of 250 workers based on efficiency and volume moved. Received bonuses on two occasions for ranking in the top percentile and recovering lost/missing merchandise.
