Throughout all this activity, Joe maintained the stamping specification for gripper clamps in North America for Ford Motor Company, helped with maintaining GM's specifications for GM's stamping griper clamps, and maintained Chrysler Warren and Chrysler Sterling Stamping plants’ specifications. Joe also developed two new body styles of the PHD GRM clamp for GM body shops through Comau, which generated approximately $200,000 in new business for gripper clamps from GM. Joe won a new specification at Ford Motor company for gripper clamps (VOSS, June 2011), He won the specification for PHL series lifters at Ford SBU, and he won the standard gripper clamp specification for crossbar clamps with the GRM1 flange clamp (2016).
