Joe Toronto is an award-winning film/tv/commercial producer and entrepreneur whose work has been exhibited in over 150 film festivals worldwide, including appearances at the Tribeca Film Festival and Grand Jury prizes at the Slamdance Film Festival and Audi Dublin International Film Festival. Joe's feature film credits include the horror film Happy Hunting (Vertical Entertainment/Netflix), the drama Manifest West (The Samuel Goldwyn Company/Hulu) and the upcoming films Coup!, Not Without Hope, and The Dynasty.Along with Joe's feature film work, he has produced television series for YouTube Originals, including the global hits Instant Influencer, Escape the Night, and Create Together with Joseph Gordon Levitt, which earned Joe his first Primetime Emmy in 2020.In 2021, Joe co-founded Howl, a dynamic production company and creative studio that crafts premium feature films and tv with a focus on accelerating growth across the web3 landscape. On the creative studio side of the business, Howl has produced premium content for several successful web3 projects such as Aleph Zero, Unizen, Dimitra, Mintlayer, and XI Protocol. On the film/tv side of the business, Howl is producing the upcoming films Coup!, Not Without Hope, and The Dynasty.In 2022, Joe helped launch Howl Hospitality, a Howl company with a focus on investing into strong hospitality brands. Howl Hospitality's key investments are the plant based pizza brand Forever Pie, which was launched by famed vegan restauranteur Nic Adler, and Coast Range & Vaquero Bar, a premiere steakhouse and upscale bar, located in Santa Barbara County. Coast Range was added to the prestigious Michelin Guide in 2022. Howl Hospitality's latest investment, the upscale vegan-Italian restaurant Argento is slated to open summer 2023 in Los Angeles.
