• Continually monitor and assess existing business processes and solutions to identify any opportunities for improvement and areas to streamline.• Manage key business solution vendors and seek to incorporate potential enhancements.• Support and engage in external operational cadences • Represent the Operations Team in the implementation of new programs or projects locally and abroad, driving business outcomes• Support any 3PL projects or initiatives ensuring business solutions are maintained and optimised• Support any testing activity which impacts business solutions• Representing Business Operations, coordinate the development of business requirements with IT streams to develop and deliver best practice solutions• Define and develop the end-to-end solution throughout projects to support various customer and internal product needs• Work closely with the Business Analysts and Architects to develop requirements and solutions for the purposes of solution delivery.• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders on business architecture and integration solution requirements• Provide operational support as required; assisting in the day to day running of the business.
