Leading the UK, Europe and the Middle East, while serving concurrently on the Executive Leadership Team (C-Suite), reporting directly to the global CEO of this British heritage brand under private equity majority ownership. Accountable for revenues in excess of £600m, covering stores, full price and outlet, a large franchise network, a digital proposition driving 20% of revenue and a significant wholesale distribution. Developed, deployed and delivered the strategic plan, transforming the culture and performance, resulting in the turnaround of a £180m loss in 2020 to consecutive years of high double digit profit in 2021 and 2022.Instigated and delivered a strategic review of the range with a clear focus on the target consumer, reducing lineage by 30%, creating the right balance between continuity, seasonal and heat product. Resulting in improved full price sell through, significant inventory and working capital reductions. Led the UK business through a successful CVA, right-sizing the store estate, at the same time restructuring all HQ and field functions.Won and onboarded significant new business in the UK and internationally, through direct relationships as well as with exclusive partners.Other highlights included, launching successful new store concepts in both full price and outlet channels and repositioning the digital proposition, enabling growth in excess of 70% over a two-year period.

Full P&L accountability for a nationwide estate of 320 auto centres, the business development function, customer services and a national call centre.Led the business during a period of growth, transitioning the trading mentality and culture, enhancing the consumer experience and establishing service and trust at the forefront of the brand.

A member of executive board of this PE backed venture, trading under three separate fascias (Snow+Rock, Runners Need and Cycle Surgery), with a clear brief to drive EBITDA growth and build the operational capability in anticipation of exit.

Providing leadership and inspiration to a team of function and channel directors as well as stewardship of the brand in the UK.Accelerated the growth of the UK subsidiary for this global brand, delivering 40% revenue growth and record profit within 12 months.
