Current client base includes providing commercial support in developing floating regasification and storage (FSRU) projects in North America and Europe as well as an instructor on fundamentals of natural gas pipelines, storage and LNG.

As commercial head of this company I have been responsible for developing strategy, establishing relationships and leading all aspects of commercial activities. This has included the negotiation of a number of liquefied natural gas (LNG) related contracts, including supply acquisition, floating storage and regas (FSRU) capacity and downstream gas sales agreements (GSA) in international markets with third parties. In addition, I have led the pursuit of upstream natural gas supplies in North America for conversion into LNG.

• Non-executive senior advisor to the CEO on all strategic and commercial matters. The purview of this position included participation with internal management and external counterparties related to the FSRU based business model being implemented in the international LNG market.

· Seconded into account for major international energy company as part of commercial team responsible for analysis and negotiation of liquefied natural gas (LNG) regasification capacity in North America. This included evaluation of terminal use agreements (TUA), operation and cooperation agreements (OCA), interstate natural gas pipeline capacity release agreements and equity investment opportunities. · Led numerous client assignments related to natural gas market and pricing analysis, interstate pipeline and underground storage valuation.

clients including international energy companies, natural gas pipeline transmission companies and local gas distribution companies related to the natural gas market and LNG project development and contract analysis.

· Served as charter member of development task force that resulted in the successful creation of a business unit providing up to 30% of corporate earnings over 5 years. · Negotiated and closed international acquisition deal which resulted in purchase of 25% interest in gas distribution and pipeline assets valued at over $130M. · Secured acquisition of 21% interest in gas pipeline project for discount to book value whose resulting value, once completed, will exceed $500M. · Completed joint venture agreement with domestic pipeline company securing 50% interest in $150M new infrastructure project. · Directed regulatory strategy with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, negotiated engineering, procurement and construction contracts and government and public relations activities designed to add value to acquisition of a northeast liquefied natural gas (LNG) peak shaving facility valued at $30M and converting it to a $ 200M marine import terminal. · Developed and implemented a strategic plan for $300M investment pool, focusing on identifying new gas pipeline and distribution, storage and LNG opportunities, which will result in annual cumulative contributions to corporate earnings of up to 10% over 5 years.

· Negotiated join venture interests in several power generation projects exceeding $100M. · Managed procurement of fuel for all power generation projects that yielded $5M of complementary business revenue in ratio to original equity investment. · Created and implemented business plan model used in joint venture development of landfill gas recovery opportunities resulting in the successful construction and start-up of the largest landfill gas recovery and processing facility in the world. · Created regional blueprint for development of several potential sites that resulted in the acquisition of major sites on the east coast. · Assisted management in development of strategic plans by analyzing contract supplies and comparing those with market growth forecasts, resulting in the creation of an integrated resource plan for supply acquisition.
