I work within a private ambulance company as an Emergency Care Assistant (ECA) with ongoing training. I work mostly front line responding to 999 calls and on occasion transporting secure mental health patients, whether it be home, into hospital, inter-hospital transfer, to court, from hospital to HM Prisons. In the future my goal, is to reach IHCD Ambulance Technician and then Paramedic. I am a confident customer focused employee and have the ability to work under my own initiative and within a team. I enjoy providing customers with exceptional service that leaves them feeling like they had a good time. I am trustworthy and reliable and My friendly manner and sense of humour enable me to build strong customer relationships.
