My role at Staff-finda enabled me to assist companies with their recruitment needs, with my duties including but not limited to:• Actively sourcing candidates• Write up optimized job adverts and post them across job boards• Arranging interview times and date between clients and candidates. • Telephone interviews with candidates to check availability, skills, ideal roles etc. • Preparing candidates for interview, catching up with both the client and the candidate after the interview to see how everything got on.• Writing up reports

Abercrombie and Fitch was established in 1892 and has since distributed stores around the world in 20 different countries. As a Stock Associate, my main duties were to maintain merchandise flow, filling and presentation standards throughout the store as well as the stockroom. • Working in retail has developed my ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, producing a high-quality level of work in a strict time constraint to the satisfaction of the management team. My hard-working nature and determination to succeed has been noted by the company after being awarded four Positive Performance notes on separate occasions by four separate managers.• During my second spell at Abercrombie and Fitch, I underwent numerous tasks involving floorset week, whereby the store changes its entire merchandise for the upcoming season with the need to meet presentation requirements set by the District Manager. Through my attention to detail and strong work ethic, I managed to complete the change within the strict time constraints to the manager’s satisfaction, achieving another Positive Performance note for my dedication and strong work ethic towards the team.• Key attributes learnt and developed throughout my time at Abercrombie and Fitch include: Adaptability and stress tolerance, communication, outgoing and interpersonal interaction and a high work ethic

In May 2014 until August 2014, I worked for JM recruitment agency for a variety of functions. I had to deal with customer interface at a variety of different venues, involving silver service waiting and bar work. My experience with working for JM recruitment taught me how to deliver excellent service during various corporate events and how to produce a satisfactory level of customer interaction to a diverse audience.

In January 2012, I volunteered as a Sports Coach for Tankerton Football Club under 6’s. Throughout an 8 week period, I was put in charge of developing the player’s core motor skills by challenging their abilities through a variety of different activities and drills. This experience enabled me to develop an understanding of how to take charge of a group of individuals as an assertive yet respectful leader, adjusting my way of thinking to educate an unfamiliar and younger audience.
