My duties include•Management and administration of the Call logging system.•Providing support for new staff members to help their progression•Liaising with Service Delivery Managers for the prompt escalation of calls where needed•Contacting Users to ensure that they are satisfied with the resolution of their issue

My main duties include:• Taking phone calls and assisting clients based worldwide with their queries and technical problems• Logging, assessing, progressing and escalating calls to set SLAs• Maintaining and upgrading IT equipment and systems• Monitoring and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly backups• Delivering equipment to client sites•Creating and updating operational procedures•Ensuring relevant databases are up to date•PC, Laptop and Server building and configuration•Training of new staff members to bring them to the company standard•Remote hands requests for Data Centre based clients

• Managing Stock received from deliveries• Ensuring received stock was added into the EPOS system• Adding the received stock to the warehouse• Preparing Inter Branch Transfers for collection

• Desktop and Server builds for large scale roll out using and creating ghost images for preparation of the task in hand• 1st Line support to customers over the phone• Virus checks of machines to ensure that no malware or ransomware is on networked machines
