As the DAS Project Manager I was responsible for their largest DAS project working with AT&T planning, managing, and installing their state of the art 32 sector wireless solution at Sport Authority Field (Mile High) stadium in Denver. This was a short-term project and position.

 Manage 10 Field Application Engineer’s in the support and integration of Digital Entertainment encoding/decoding technologies in Asia, North America, and Europe. Designed and implemented Field Engineering Management software to manage team’s activities and work flow.

Field Service Manager (2008-2010) Monte Carlo, MonacoManaged a team of 5 French engineers in the refit of an $80 million dollar yacht project in which the entire, navigation systems, satellite systems, Wi-Fi DAS broadband systems, and radar systems were all replaced, tested, and signed off by the yacht’s owner and management company in this high profile project. Project Manager (2007-2008) French Riviera, FranceManaged a team of 6 field engineers in the network deployment of Any-Port’s WiMax Broadband DAS antenna systems geared toward the yachting sector located in St. Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Villefranche, and Antibes. Operations Manager (2001-2007) Denver, COManaged a team of 10 wireless consultants in the support of small to medium sized businesses in the development and implementation of wireless local area networks (WLAN and Wi-Fi DAS Antenna systems).

Managed a large team of Technical Customer Account Managers (TCAM) who were responsible for the company's all IP Network which included the company’s top 50 largest customer accounts in the US, Europe, and Asia.Responsible for 24/7 technical support of Global Service Management Center in Colorado and the associated IP TCAM's and associated technical escalations and outages.Supported following protocols, TCP/IP, BGP, SONET, SOFTSWITCH, OSPF, and MPLS.

Managed a staff of Network Engineers and Network Technicians who were responsible for the design and maintenance of the companies WAN & LAN Networks and internal telecom systems, as well as the companies desktop support.Designed, operated and maintained the WAN and associated communications for our locations in Colorado, Oregon, and Los Angeles.Protocols supported, ISDN, Frame Relay, TCP/IP, and PSTN.Provided the technical support for on-air TV broadcast studio in Los Angeles which allowed customers to participate in online horse racing network through modem technologies.

Responsible for the R&D field tests and trials for the handset and accessory wireless product lines including field trials with large customers such as Qwest, Verizon, and Sprint.Supported Qualcomm’s Tetra Base stations with associated antenna systems and performed field trials after full installation, commission and turn-up.Designed and performed in lab test scenarios as well as extensive field verification testing and data logging for R&D lab engineers.Extensive wireless technology study of GSM, W-CDMA, TDMA, Messaging Services, BREW technology, and Globalstar Satellite Technology.Designed field trial test bed for wireless mobile accessory product lines.
