Working with the teams at Heritage Broadcasting Company of Michigan, Lake Effect Digital and MyNorth Media to grow synergies for content distribution and to preserve the high-quality journalism, storytelling and information to viewers, readers and advertisers in Northern and Central Michigan.

As a member of the corporate team, I work with publishers, managing editors, editors and writers to direct the hyperlocal online and newspaper content for our Austin, Houston, Dallas, Phoenix and Nashville metro publications.

Managing editor of nine newspapers with coverage of Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Hutto, Georgetown, Leander, Cedar Park, Lake Travis, Westlake, San Marcos, Buda and Kyle. Helped launch our company's 23rd newspaper in New Braunfels, in the San Antonio area, in December 2017.

General manager and editor of Grosse Pointe News, a 76-year-old paid weekly publication in five suburbs bordering Detroit and Lake St. Clair. Responsible for several departments and a staff of 25 full time employees and 17 part time employees. Duties include budgets, financial reporting, computer systems, writing, editing, photography, layout, design, community involvement, serving on boards, human resources and management of the staff and facilities.

Worked as editor of the Advisor & Source newspapers in Utica, Shelby Township, Sterling Heights, Romeo, Washington Township, Bruce Township, Clinton Township, Mount Clemens, Warren and Macomb Township. Also editor of a monthly senior publication in Macomb County. Started its Oakland County counterpart in 1998. Was promoted to managing editor of the Daily Tribune of Royal Oak in 2006.

Weekly editor for Charlotte newspaper. Started the newspaper in Eaton Rapids.
