Full management responsibility for a portfolio of coal combustion residual operations and capital construction projects including but not limited to:- Pond Closures (cap in place and clean closure)- Coal Combustion Residual Landfill Operations- Silo Operations and Byproduct Sales (Truck, Rail and Barge)- Capital Construction Projects (Landfill Construction, Civil Work, Mass Excavation, MSE Wall)• Manages projects from the mobilization phase, through operations and construction as well as project close out • Follows and enforces all applicable environmental, safety, and health precautions and programs• Maintains full P&L responsibility, including project budget forecasting and schedule• Maintains continual communications with customers, as well as project and construction managers at each project location including regular site visits• Accountable for strict adherence to contract requirements• Works with state engineers, utility environmental teams, and independent engineering firms• Works closely with Chief Commercial Officer on department level directional decisions

• Full management responsibility for multiple coal combustion residual operations and capital construction projects within the Midwest Region including but not limited to:- Pond Closures (cap in place and clean closure)- CCR Landfill Operations- Silo Operations and Byproduct Sales (Truck, Rail and Barge)- Capital Construction Projects (Landfill Construction, Civil Work, Mass Excavation, MSE Wall)• Followed and enforced all applicable safety precautions and programs• Managed projects from the mobilization phase, through operations and construction as well as project close out • Maintained project budget and schedule• Maintained continual communications with customers, as well as site and construction managers at each project location including regular site visits• Accountable for strict adherence to contract requirements• Worked with state engineers, utility environmental teams, and independent engineering firms• Worked closely with Director of Operations on department level directional decisions

• Managed multiple major capital construction projects including but not limited to:- Bottom Ash Pond Dike Extension and Gypsum Storage Pond Liner Installation- Ash Pond Closure (cap in place)- CCR Landfill Final Closure- CCR Treatment and Transport Installation (Gypsum dewatering, Fly Ash conveying, Bottom Ash dewatering, overland pipe conveyor)- CCR Landfill Construction• Directed the development of permit applications, engineering design, construction drawings and specifications for multiple CCR treatment, transport and storage projects• Participated in all RFQ processes, including bid reviews, negotiations and contract award• Developed and presented contract award recommendations for major capital projects to the company’s investment committee• Developed a variety of reports for company management and government agencies• Made presentations on behalf of the company to state and federal permitting officials• Directed and coordinated design and construction activities between engineering consultants, contractors and company management• Managed a team of multi-discipline engineers, project coordinators and safety personnel• Developed and maintained mid-term and long-term plan budget for multiple capital projects • Worked closely with budget analysts to ensure accurate tracking of project cost performance metrics• Worked closely with power generation staff to ensure that all projects met operational goals
