Metrology:• Nine years experience programming and operating a Wenzel CMM.• four years experience with portable coordinate measurement systems to include laser measurement tracking.• Nine years in-depth experience with hand-held measurement equipment…i.e. calipers, micrometer…etc.• Quality tool training…i.e.…Measurement system analysis, gage R&R…etc.Computer and Technical skills:• Working knowledge of Microsoft office, Windows, PowerPoint, Orcad and Labview.• Proficient with use of multimeter, Oscope, frequency-generators and soldering techniques.• Read and understand Mechanical and electrical schematics, wiring and flow diagrams.• Eleven years’ experience with electrical systems; digital, analog, and RF circuits, as well as DC and AC systems; 400 & 60 Hz, 440/220/110 VAC single and three phase motors, motor controls, alternators and generators.• Programmable Logic Controllers (Allen-Bradley PLC’s).• Hydraulic systems containing high and low pressures.• High and low pressure pneumatic systems to include rotary/reciprocating compressors.• Heating and air conditioning systems.• Gasoline and Diesel engines.
